   THE EXPERIENCE

Enter HereEvent creators, TrailPlus, and Helly Hansen have teamed up to make Beauty and the Beast the most rewarding running experience of the year- whether you are taking part as a runner or spectator.

Just take a look at what you’ll enjoy on the day:

Chip Timing

We’ll be using state of the art chip timing to deliver fast, accurate results, including each and every lap split.

Free parking

There is no charge for entry into West Wycombe Park for entrants and the planned off-road event parking area will be a short walk from the event hub. West Wycombe Park is a National Trust venue and a discounted entry charge may be applied by the landowners. Further details to follow.

Refuelling Hub

To help get you through you challenge we’ll be setting up a special Clif Bar refuelling zone at the end of each lap where you’ll have the chance to top up with energy bars, isotonic and recovery drinks and water. There will also be free sports massage on offer. We don’t want to rub you up the wrong way do we?!

Helly Hansen Technical Tee Base Layer

All runners will be rewarded with the premium quality, Helly Hansen Beauty and the Beast technical tee shirt with a very special bespoke, and dated, print to commemorate your achievement. Wear it with pride.

Medal & Goody Bag

We’ll ensure every runner will remember how they tamed “The Beast” with a high quality finishers’ medal and superb goody bag packed with goodies!

Resident DJ

With the course route passing the event village twice on each lap, you’ll never be too far away from the music. Do we do requests? Of course!

Catering

There will be a quality onsite caterer throughout  the day serving breakfast, lunch and dinner!

Picnic in the Park

There won’t be many better spots for friends, family and supporters to come along for the day. Bring a picnic, enjoy the views and motivate yourself to enter in 2014!

Onsite Facilities

Portable toilets will be provided but we regret that there will be no shower facilities. The event hub will be a very short walk from the event car park and we recommend runners keep any change of clothing in their vehicle. A supervised baggage and key drop area will be available close to the start / finish area.

Spectators with push-chairs or prams are advised that the event parking area and event hub are both situated off-road. There will be a short walk between the two.
